When do I get the database once I paid?

Because our databases are huge and we export only fresh data, it can takes up to 12 hours to receive the database on your email you used for payment. You should receive an email from [email protected] entitled "Your home owner database is ready".

In what format is the database sent?

For every order we generate a spreadsheet in CSV format. CSV format is a universal format you can import to your contact, your CRM or open directly with Microsoft Excel or freely via Google Spreadsheet. You can download an example: homeowners.csv.

What information are available?

We provide full address wih unit and complete owner name. We also match our databases to get owner age, phone, email and social media url. You can download a real world example: homeowners.csv.

Is GetHomeOwner.com data guaranteed to be accurate?

We use some of the industry’s latest technology to collect, analyze and curate information pulled from thousands of data sources.
However, it is possible that in many cases information pulled from public data is outdated or incorrect and may appear along with up-to-date, correct information.

Where did you get my information from?

We collects information from more than 200 sources. All the information we collect are from public sources like government, state and counties public records but also from couple of third-Party data suppliers. Nowadays it's easy to find home owner information on Internet including phone number or email but matching them all is a daily challenge we try to tackle.
